The App provides restaurant discovery, map rendering, recommendation algorithms, and real-time voting rooms. We reserve the right to modify or update features with reasonable notice.
3. User Obligations
When using the App, you agree not to:
- Engage in illegal, infringing, or malicious activities.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape data maliciously, or disrupt server infrastructure.
- Spam or abuse participants in real-time voting sessions.
4. Intellectual Property
All interface designs, source code, logos, branding, and imagery are the exclusive property of independent developer Hung-Che Hsu and protected by international copyright laws.
5. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
Restaurant operating hours, menus, and locations are curated to ensure accuracy, but we do not warrant they are error-free. Users assume responsibility when acting on this information.
6. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Taiwan (Republic of China).
