Data you enter
Steps, activity type, time, stride length, distance, notes, and synchronization status are stored locally. If you choose to sync, the selected data is written to Apple Health or Health Connect under the permission controls of that platform.
Advertising
The app may use Google Mobile Ads and, where required, Google User Messaging Platform. Google may process device, consent, and ad interaction information according to your choices and its own policies. Health activity fields are not included in ad requests.
Permissions and deletion
You can revoke health permissions in system settings. You can delete local records and records created by StepTrace where the health platform allows it. Removing the app deletes its local data, subject to device backup behavior.
